Q - Why are there broken links and general issues viewing this website?
A - Currently if you are using any version of Internet Explorer (IE), you may encounter troubles using this website.  We are aware of the issue and are trying to get the problem identified and corrected.  We will update this page when we have a fix.  Safari, Firefox or Chrome are all browsers that work appropriately on this site.  Thank you for your patience as we work on fixing our issues with IE
 
 Q - I prefer not to enter my credit card information online.  Are you able to process my transaction over the phone?
A - Yes we would be more than happy to assist you, via the telephone.  We can process payment transactions via a secure method and we do not retain any credit card information.  We will give you a transaction confirmation number and will email or text that information to you, per your preference.  If you would like us to handle the payment transaction, please contact us directly at (231-794-9786).

Q - Where do you ship?
A - We ship worldwide, except we do not ship to Italy.

Q - I am an international customer. How do you ship my purchase?
A - We ship via the United States Postal Service First Class Package International Service. Generally this is the most economical way to ship internationally. You should expect to receive your package within three-four business weeks.  If you prefer a different shipping method, or a faster service please contact us and we will be happy to provide you an alternative shipping method and rate.  You may contact us at sales@cabootle.com 

Q - What methods of payments do you accept?
A - Visa, Mastercard and American Express, PayPal
 
Q - Do you accept PayPal?
A - Yes, as of May 18, 2013 we accept PayPal and PayPal guest credit card payments.  Upon checkout, PayPal will be a payment option.

Q - Why on check out am I asked "How would you like to pay?"
A - You will see two payment options. One option is SecureNet.  SecureNet processes your credit card payment via a secured server and allows payments for US and Canadian customers. The other option is PayPal and as stated previously you have the option of paying via your PayPal account or a PayPal guest credit card payment (which does not require an account set up). Both payment options allow for the use of Visa, Mastercard  and American Express.

Q - How is the shipping price determined?
A - Upon checkout you will see both UPS and USPS shipping options/pricing.  We do not determine those prices.  USP/USPS sends that information based on the size and weight of the item you are purchasing.  We never add on a handling fee to any of our shipping quotes.

Q - If I want my item shipped via a method other than UPS/USPS can that be done?
A - We will try and accommodate any reasonable shipping request.  Our goal is to get you your item safe, secure and in a cost effective way.  Please contact us with your shipping needs, prior to payment, so that we may process your payment with the appropriate shipping fee included. Q - Do we collect taxes?
A - Michigan residents are subject to Michigan sales tax.  The tax will be calculated upon check out.
 
Q - I'm having trouble entering a coupon code and receiving the discount. Or, I'm entering a coupon code but I don't see the discount applied. What should I do?
A-  Please follow these steps in the order outlined in order to use your coupon code and obtain the appropriate discount.  Once you have selected the item(s) you want to purchase, click checkout. Then you will need to either login, if you have previously created an account or enter your name and address information. Once you have done that you will be taken to your shopping cart screen. Enter you coupon code in the designated field and then hit "apply". You will get a pop up box asking for you to select your payment method. Once you have selected your payment method, please click "apply" on your coupon code field. At that point you will see your discount applied.

If you do not see your discount applied and/or are taken to the payment page without seeing your discount you must clear your cart and start again. The steps outlined above must be followed exactly in order for the discount to be applied. If you try and use your back button to go back to the page that contains the coupon code field and start again, the discount will not be applied. The only way to apply the discount is to clear your shopping cart and start again.
